Colleges today are navigating a rapidly changing NIL landscape -- from NCAA guidelines to state laws and institution policies. Wake Up & Hunt is here to support your goals by providing education, resources, and athlete development services that complement your existing compliance efforts. 

WE are not a recruiting service, booster group, or a collective. We are a brand education and student-athlete development partner focused on helping athletes responsibly leverage Name, Image & Likeness opportunities within the rules. 

What Wake Up & Hunt Is

  • A third-party educational and brand development platform for student-athletes. 
  • Designed to support athletes at all levels, from mid-majors to smaller schools. 
  • Focused on delivering practical, deliverable-based NIL training, not  pay-for-play deals. 

What Wake Up & Hunt Is Not

  • We are not a recruiting engine.
  • We do not influence enrollment decisions, participation, depth chart status, or playing time. 
  • We do not provide financial incentives linked to athletic performance. 
  • We are not an NIL collective. 

How We Work With Your Athletes

Our program Focuses on education and empowerment, helping athletes understand how to: 

  • Build a personal brand that reflects their values and strengths. 
  • communicate effectively with sponsors and partners. 
  • Understand NIL compliance requirements. 
  • Grow financially savvy with real-world money skills. 

We adapt our materials to comply with each school's policy, conference rules, and state laws. 

Compliance & Transparency 

We take compliance seriously: 

  • We do not negotiate contracts on behalf of athletes. 
  • We do not manage nor facilitate NIL deals. 
  • Our curriculum teaches athletes how to report deals properly to their compliance office per school and NCAA rules. 
  • We respect institutional policies and work alongside compliance staff when appropriate. 

If your compliance office has specific requirements, we'll work with your to ensure alignment.

WUH compensates athletes only for legitimate brand services and does not condition compensation on enrollment, continued participation, or athletic performance. 

High School & Pre-College Safeguards

For high school and pre-enrollment athletes: 

  • Parent/guardian consent is required 
  • Activities comply with state high school association rules
  • No school-choice or enrollment influence 
  • Educational and developmental focus first 

This ensures WUH does not create downstream eligibility concerns for colleges.

We welcome communication with: 

  • Athletic departments 
  • Compliance staff
  • Coaches 
  • Player development personnel
